This position is equivalent to the GS-11/12 level.

• You will implement, execute and evaluate information system security and cybersecurity programs in accordance with National, Depart of Defense (DoD), Department of Navy (DoN), and NSWC PHD directives, policies and practices.
• You will serve as a cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert (SME) while supporting internal audits and compliance inspections of Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security programs.
• You will coordinate with the Special Security Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to identify, implement, and plan support for Information Technology requirements and enterprise architecture as required by regulations and policy
• You will design, develop, and maintain programs, databases, and websites, under DoD guidelines.
• You will lead information system Assess and Authorization projects and meet authorization standards for new systems and maintains accreditation for systems awarded Authority to Operate (ATO) designations.
