You will serve as an Information Technology Specialist (INFOSEC) responsible for providing technical guidance and operational oversight across the command. You will define, develop, prioritize, and implement operational C5I requirements for both afloat and ashore commands. This position is located at COMPACFLT MILITARY INTEL PROGRAM, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.

• You will provide architecture design support for C5I data transmission systems for global and major geographical networks.
• You will utilize knowledge of Pacific Fleet IT infrastructure and C5I modernization plans/budgets and potential benefits of applying emerging technologies.
• You will plan and manage intelligence information management, dissemination, security, and training.
• You will conduct analysis and recommend resolution to C5I system issues impacting operations.
• You will maintain liaison with personnel in other commands/activities, intelligence agencies, and contractors to identify and define current and future technologies that best support organization.
• You will collaborate and integrate information system security; review certificate and accreditation documentation to ensure that it is compliant with standards, policy, and regulations.
• You will identify and define technical requirements applied to the planning, design, development, testing, implementation, management, and support of systems and networks.
• You will develop plans, schedules, and timelines, estimate resource requirements, define milestones and deliverables, and monitor day-to-day activities to stay on track with projected completion dates and report on accomplishments.
