About the Job:

The Sr Product Manager II, Taco Bell Canada is responsible for engaging franchisees, cross functional partners and vendors to drive technology strategy, oversee implementation and manage the day to day for the Canada market. This entrepreneurial role drives business impact by enabling a seamless customer and team member experience across front of house, back of house and digital products. With this role, the opportunities are endless: from crafting strategy to drive digital sales to defining platform requirements to support ambitious development planning, this role is a key facilitator of growth for the Canadian market.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Drive platform vision and strategy for Taco Bell Canada across front of house, back of house, eCommmerce, delivery, BI/reporting, networking and provisioning.
  • Develop and foster relationships with cross functional, cross brand and franchise partners to create a roadmap that will allow TB to achieve its ambitious growth plans.
  • Lead monthly franchise technology committee meetings, clearly articulating vision, goals and upcoming milestones.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, including aligning roadmaps and priorities to meet Taco Bell's objectives and documenting detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Accountable for all aspects of release and project management across the technology stack including rollout, communication, new store opening and change management plans.
  • Coach and lead one direct report providing them with clear strategy, structure, and culture. Act as backup when direct report is out of the office.

Is This You?

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • At least 6+ years of experience in product or project management with proven ability to meet business objectives in a hybrid environment.
  • At least 2+ years' experience in a leadership or management position.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships with internal and external partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a discerning eye for details that matter.
  • A passion for solving problems with a customer centric mindset.
  • Experience in QSR, hospitality, retail or multiunit franchise environment preferred.

Salary Range: ­­$115,100 to $163,790 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
