Requirements:

  • Graduation from a state approved NP or PA program
  • Current RN and NP/PA license to practice in the state of New York
  • 1 year of occupational medicine experience; or 2 years experience in the primary care practice setting preferred
  • Current BLS Certification

Health System:
A County-owned facility providing inpatient and outpatient diagnostic, acute, ambulatory, inpatient behavioral health and long term skilled nursing services. It is the only hospital facility in the county and only comparable facility within a 35 mile radius. The catchment area includes approximately 50,000 residents.
