Position Overview:

The Credit Risk Transfer (CRT) Senior will be technically skilled with the desire to analyze new process improvements and technology enhancement opportunities and assess impacts on business area operations. This position provides the opportunity to develop close partnership with internal and external stakeholders, oversight teams, etc. and work on exciting and complex projects

Credit Risk Transfer plays a vital role at Freddie Mac by reducing risk and maximizing the value of our portfolio through credit risk transfer transactions, transferring to private investors the credit risk on mortgages we own or guarantee, primarily through securities and insurance-based offerings.

Support Freddie Macs ability to manage our mortgage credit risk exposure and capital needs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and solution development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially, Excel and Access (or other database tools)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience

The anticipated annualized base salary range for this position is $118,000 to $178,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
