Responsibilities

  • Conducts risk score calculations and forecasts for all lines of business
  • Assesses the financial implications of potential improvement initiatives and offers pricing and budgeting recommendations.
  • Manages the identification of diagnostic coding gaps, confidence modeling, and benchmarking.
  • Provides strong leadership to the Quality and Risk Adjustment Analytics team

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in mathematics or related field
  • 7+ years of Risk Adjustment AND Quality Analytics experience
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • ASA/FSA designation
