Position Overview:

We are seeking an adaptable and proactive COO to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate should thrive in a startup-like atmosphere, embracing challenges with flexibility and initiative. As a COO, you will play a crucial role in helping smooth internal and external operations, provide recommendations on go-to-market strategy that reduce friction and ensure a positive user experience.

Responsibilities:

Operational Efficieny: In our new go-to-market structure things are in-flux daily, help us build a repeatable process so we can get to a strong consistent point of operational efficiency for either scaling or a future exit

Identify New Growth Partners: One of our biggest gaps is finding housing options for our clients that we currently don't hold internally, help us build a process to find those housing partners and onboard new assets.

Identify gaps in CX: We're a customer-centric organization, get hand's on with our clientel to understand what their experience has been and if they'd use FLXlease again. If not? Ask why and solve for the future.

Notes

Willing to work with someone that's new but has to be willing to do the work to figure out the right solution for the problem.
