Job Summary

Operate forklift to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks, into railroad cars, trucks or storage facilities.

Job Responsibilities
Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as trucks or aircraft Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions Checking loads are secure Stacking empty pallets Performing daily equipment checks Removing machine attachments and waste material from machines Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards Keeping facility clean and organized Adhere to all CEMEX and O.S.H.A. rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds Meet or exceed company safety standards Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by managementQualifications
Be able to read, write, and speak English High school preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bilingual a plus

Working Conditions
Continuous exposure to extreme heat, extreme cold, extreme noise, and working outdoors. Must wear protective equipment while at the location Physical Requirements
