Requirements

  • Hold a registration as a Building or General Contractor in the local area or be certified in either field.
  • Must have a background in construction, especially residential renovations, and be a master at handling contractors and vendors.
  • Rock-solid communication skills are a must for collaborating with real estate agents, homeowners, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proven project management chops to handle everything from planning and design to procurement and final walkthrough, using productivity tools like Google Workspace.

Compensation Details: This role is contract-based without benefits. Pay is determined by the number and scale of projects undertaken. Project Directors partnered with Freemodel earn 50% of the profit from each successfully completed renovation project.
