Provides office supervision and support to BHMG practices. Directly responsible for all business functions. Oversees initiatives in support of patient satisfaction standards and objectives.

Additional Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR required. Knowledge of healthcare regulatory guidelines including but not limited to HIPAA and AHCA. Three to five years of physician practice experience with three years of leadership experience. Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English). Professional detail-oriented team player with excellent communication and problem solving skills. Minimum of two years as a Practice Supervisor required.
Must meet 2 of the following 4 measures: 1. Providers 4 or more, 2. Patient Panel of 5,000 or more 3. Monthly encounters of 1,000 or more 4. Oversee 2 or more sites.
