General PM&R Physician with interest in Inpatient and Teaching
Excellent opportunity to step into a busy inpatient service with a need for PM&R. Options include joining an existing private practice or establishing your own entity. This is an excellent opportunity to embark on a PM&R career which offers excellent revenue cycle management plan with high revenue and minimal expenses via a hospital-based practice. In addition, you will have the opportunity to be on faculty for the HonorHealth Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Fellowship Program.
On a typical day, you will cover two HonorHealth hospitals (200-bed and 300-bed) and work with a dynamic team of hospitalists that value the level of service the PM&R physicians add to the overall level of care provided to patients. On average, the combined census will be around 15-20 patients. The medical staff, nurses, ancillary and other support staff at the hospitals work very collaboratively which provides a friendly and fun work environment. In addition, you have access to free food all week
Weekend call will be 1:4 which includes a 60-bed Free Standing Rehabilitation Hospital. As part of the PM&R faculty, you will have the opportunity to participate in teaching and other scholarly activities, if desired.
