Optomi, in partnership with a full-service design and technology consulting company, is seeking a talented Enterprise Architect to join their growing team The ideal candidate bridges the gap between intricate technical requirements and clear, persuasive dialogue, ensuring alignment and understanding across all stakeholders.

A proven history in leading clients through the process of designing and implementing an enterprise architecture to meet their needs is a must.

Responsibilities of the right candidate:
Collaborate with clients to make strategic decisions impacting their business solutions.
Ensure the integrity of technical designs and features within the solution architecture.
Lead the development team, contributing actively to coding efforts.
Provide accurate estimates for project scopes and development timelines.
Facilitate backlog management, including creation, maintenance, and planning.
Conduct client discussions on best practices for enterprise web/software applications.
Offer in-depth knowledge of platforms, design patterns, and enterprise solution practices.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill growth and ensure project success.
Maintain productive relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring smooth project progression.

Experience of the right candidate:
Ability to work with developers in an in-and-out outsourced environment.

Minimum of 7 years of design and implementation experience in IT, with a deep knowledge in at least two of the following technical disciplines:

cloud computing, application development, middleware, servers and storage, database management, and operations.
Proven Azure or AWS expertise; proficiency in both is highly advantageous.

Familiarity with Enterprise patterns and principles (e.g., Microservices, Package Principles, GRASP, DDD, N-Tiers).Competency in architecture, infrastructure, and data flow diagramming.

Experience and understanding of modern API design patterns and principles.

Proficiency with enterprise tools such as SQL, Service Bus/Message Queue, Caching, ESB, ETL.Experience with .NET Framework and with JavaScript front-end frameworks like s degree in computer science, system analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience.

A background in consulting or client-facing roles.
Contribution to open-source projects or public repositories (GitHub, GitLab, etc.).
