Receives all telephone calls, patients, and visitors to the Urgent Care Clinic.
Performs routine office correspondence related to appointments schedules.

The employee will be assigned to the Urgent Care Clinic (UCC) at where they will performs receptionist, record keeping, coding and all clerical duties related to patient treatment in the UCC.

Additionally, may provide Medical Support Clerk support within the Directorate for Medical Services as directed by appointed supervisor.
Schedules and coordinates follow-up care for patients' appointments.
