Duties
  • Provide technical assistance to functional users to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Identify specific problems, using available diagnostic and error recovery techniques.
  • Evaluate alternative methodologies for analysis, implementation, and problem solving of information system issues.
  • Analyze the cause of malfunctions related to hardware, software, security or environment.
  • Train information system users so that users understand the relationships of the system.
