DeSales University's Department of Social Sciences housed in the College of Sciences invites applications for a full-time non-tenure position as an Instructor of Criminal Justice to begin January 2025.

A Master's degree in criminal justice, cybercrime, computer science, information systems, or a closely related field and a specialization in digital forensics is required.

The ability to teach digital forensics software including Cellebrite and EnCase is essential. Professional experience in digital forensics, law enforcement, and/or cybercrime is preferred.

The candidate should be able to teach introductory and specialty digital forensics courses, cybercrime, and other related criminal justice courses.


In addition to teaching four undergraduate courses a semester, the candidate will be expected to advise and mentor students with their academic plans, maintain the digital forensics laboratory and software, and engage in service to the University.
