They are looking for a committed, hardworking Field Service Technician with experience repairing and maintaining Construction Diesel Heavy Equipment such as Case, Caterpillar and Komatsu Heavy Equipment on job sites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work in the field.
  • Experience repairing and maintaining Construction Diesel Heavy Equipment such as Case, Caterpillar and Komatsu Heavy Equipment.
  • Work in a safe manner, understand OSHA standards and maintain a clean workplace.
  • Experience using diagnostic software such as CAT ET a plus (company will train).
  • Proficient in hydraulics knowledge and diagnostics and repair.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Experience and understanding of computer and electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of diesel engines a plus.
  • Conduct inspections of equipment noting mechanical or safety issues.
  • Must be able to operate basic tools and specialty tools.
  • Work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must be reliable and show up on time.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience

  • One-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school in diesel mechanics or a related field a plus
  • 3+ years' experience/or training/or classes in repairing and maintaining Case, Caterpillar and Komatsu Heavy Equipment.
  • Driver's License (required).
  • Computer and Mathematical Skills.
