Job Summary

Always Best Care Senior Services is looking to recruit individuals to join our highly esteemed healthcare team as NAs, CNAs, RNs and LPNs at our Kaneohe Facility on Oahu.

This individual contributor role offers competitive compensation, with salaries ranging from $18 to $42 per hour, paid weekly.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a passion for healthcare and is dedicated to providing the best care to all our patients.

Workplace Selection:
Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care, administer medications as prescribed and carry out treatments according to the plan of care
Facilitate patient-centric, individualized care and promote clients' rights to self-determination
Participate in team meetings and actively collaborate with interdisciplinary team
Monitor and report changes in clients condition
Address patients' immediate needs and provide support to family and/or significant other
Maintain accurate and complete medical records
Requirements
Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program
Current and valid license to practice as Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Versed in nursing care procedures and principles of disease control
Must have organizational, communication and patient management skills
Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
