About the Position: Serves as the Installation Air Quality Program Manager within the Compliance Management Branch, Environmental and Natural Resources Management Division, DPW.

• Maintains and updates Installation air program management plans as needed.
• Establishes policies and guidance for the protection of air, water, soil and ground water as they may be adversely impacted by emissions.
• Research new and proposed regulations to maintain knowledge of the Clean Air Act and applicability for the installation.
• Serve as the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative.
• Knowledge of air regulations and regulatory processes.
• Recordkeeping and information management duties as required.
• Prepares technical specifications for contracting non-personal services.
