Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physician.
- Join a team of two physicians and two NP's in our SNF'ist program in Oshkosh and Fond du Lac
- Incoming clinician will primarily be covering three facilities in Oshkosh
- Stable health care system in top decile for quality of patient care
- Physicianled medical group with established primary care service lines
