Spanish teacher

Saint James School is a coed, college preparatory Episcopal boarding school in Hagerstown, Maryland, and we serve 235 students in grades We are looking for someone to teach Spanish, and the levels would be any combination of 1-3, and the candidate needs excellent Spanish skills. The job also requires living in faculty housing in the dorms. At this time the housing available is one or two bedroom apartments. In addition to teaching, all faculty members serve as advisors to five-seven students, help with a night of dorm/study hall duty, have weekend responsibilities every third weekend, and assist with sports or other activities in the afternoon for one or two seasons. A Bachelor degree in Spanish or fluency in Spanish.

Show ability to create and execute creative lesson plans which are creative and include authentic sources.

Excellent writing and speaking skills.

Willingness to live in faculty apartment in one of the dorms and help with duties outside the classroom.
