Helios Service Partners is hiring a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Analyst. The mission of the S&OP Analyst is to seamlessly bridge the gap between sales forecasts and operational capabilities, ensuring we meet customer demand with precision and efficiency. Through meticulous analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration, this role drives operational excellence and fosters a culture of continuous improvement, ultimately contributing to our company's growth and customer satisfaction.

WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and integrate data for S&OP processes enhancing operational and strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using various forecasting techniques.
- Support the creation and implementation of S&OP plans, including resource and material requirements planning (MRP) and demand forecasting.
- Monitor and track S&OP plan performance against actual results, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Based on data analysis, market forecasts, external factors and historical trends, provide mid-term and long-term high level planning proposals.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate S&OP results and insights to key stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the S&OP process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and S&OP methodologies.
WHAT SETS YOU APART:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in a related role, such as demand planning, production planning, or supply chain analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with S&OP processes and tools (a plus).
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, Advanced Excel)
- Understanding of key supply chain concepts (demand forecasting, inventory management, etc.) (a plus).
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to the Orlando area
Helios compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,000 in our lowest geographic market up to $90,000 annually in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Helios's compensation may also include an annual bonus as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
