Your New Role...

The Sourcing and Planning Coordinator is responsible for all program related data and updates. Will manage day-to-day workflow, including upkeep, and keeping an open line of communication across multiple departments. This role ensures timely entry and disbursement of key information so that programming and operational teams receive essential information needed to ensure smooth workflow.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Responsible all DEAL-related input and updates including deals, offers, vendors, RPKs, programs, formats in our system for Acquisition & PNFs for Original Productions (Linear & Non-Linear).
  • Maintain, post, and distribute Content Trackers, & Rollout
  • Perform Compare & Sync on a monthly basis, request and enter descriptions for acquisitions in DEAL
  • Approval of master deals in IBMS
  • Provide support with troubleshooting issues in IBMS, PDS and DEAL
  • Provide daily support to regional programming teams regarding PSA issues
  • Attend meetings including team meetings, bi-weekly regional calls, monthly regional strategy meetings
  • Act as backup during absences
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications & Experience...

  • Experience in the cable, satellite or terrestrial television industry with an emphasis on Programming and Acquisitions preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Fluency in English, Spanish and working knowledge of Portuguese a plus
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Time management, speed and accuracy are of the essence. Knowing how much time should be spent on a task is key.
  • Comfortable working in different database systems handling high volumes of data processing
  • Ability to handle more than one task at a time
  • High degree of adaptability to changes in the nature of the industry
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States
