Machinist

URGENTLY HIRING: CNC MACHINIST - BENEFITS OFFERED

Description:

CNC machinist will under minimal supervision, perform machining, fabrication, assembly, and inspection tasks in our production facility.

Duties:

Check CNC machinery is in good working order before setup

Set up machinery to successfully conduct the run as specified

Conduct all programming as required

Monitor the run throughout the cycle, checking that specifications are met

Perform all necessary machine maintenance

Follow safety standards at all times

Report any safety or maintenance concerns to management immediately

Keep all work areas clean and organized

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as a CNC machinist, especially in turning operations

Able to understand G-code, read and modify programs and macros

Able to read, interpret, and follow technical drawings and diagrammed instructions

Able to use measurement instrumentation such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, protractors, scales, and other.

Experience with Hurco and Okuma machines and Fanuc controllers
