Product Marketing Manager

The Opportunity:
Roche Molecular, one of four customer-focused areas of Roche Diagnostics Solutions, develops, manufactures and supplies a wide array of innovative molecular diagnostic products, tests, platforms and technologies used to identify and quantify DNA and RNA from different organisms.

CustomBiotech provides reagents, instruments and services to Pharma/Biotech and CRO/CMO market place. The Marketing Manager CustomBiotech position will lead the strategic development and annual operating plan for this portfolio of products and directs content marketing and analytical activities for CB portfolio of products. In addition, the position will also be responsible for the maintenance of Pharma Quality Control portfolio of products.
  • Responsible for the assigned product lines directly or indirectly, including forecasting, pricing, back-order management, launch management, and participating in trade showss and customer meetings.
  • Build knowledge of the product offerings and partner with the sales and logistic teams to support product sales and availability.
  • Conduct market research to identify market gaps, evaluate competitor products, and gain insights into customer needs and preferences.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to develop a comprehensive plan for demand generation, market penetration strategies, and more.
  • Tracking product sales and revenue and using this data to evaluate the effectiveness of their marketing and sales strategies and make adjustments as needed
  • Develop a comprehensive lead management system that encompasses lead generation, nurturing, and transfer.
  • Partner with the marketing managers to analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, build analytics and campaign ROI, and recommend solutions to improve it.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5 years of marketing, business, sales or related business experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • BS in Biology/Biochemistry/Molecular Biology or Biology knowledge
  • Data Analytics experience
