What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of Identity and Access Management solutions
  • Collaborate with internal key partners and technology team to design and configure security in Workday
  • Determine organization and security management requirements and implement best practices
  • Provide consultative guidance on security and controls projects
  • Collaborate with colleagues to understand business drivers and scope projects

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and technologies
  • Experience with implementing and integrating with Workday HCM for a Fortune 500 enterprise
  • Handson experience designing and implementing IAM solutions in a hybrid cloud environment
  • Expertise in design and implementation with technologies such as Active Directory/Azure AD, CyberArk, etc.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Demonstrated expertise with IAM tools such as SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk, or EntraID
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps tools and methodologies
  • CISSP, CCSP, CISA, TOGAF, or equivalent certifications nice to have
