Bistro Supervisor Overview:

The Bistro Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all café activities in accordance with Bistro standards. They will supervise the Bistro outlet including planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating all café activities to ensure efficient operation of the outlet. Assists with the training and scheduling of team members and ensure ultimate guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities Include:

Performs outlet opening and closing duties.
Monitors and supervises outlet staff.
Schedules of café staff according to established guidelines and forecasted needs.
Ensures adherence to outlet guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Supervises café activities to ensure quality production/delivery of product/service.
Interacts with guests frequently to ensure satisfaction and enjoyment of dining experience.
Supervises completion of required set up / preparation, at beginning of shift and clean up restocking at end of shift.
Inspects all equipment prior to, during and at end of shift, and addresses any needed repairs.
Inventories supplies at beginning of shift, obtains supplies necessary to support forecasted level of business.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:

Supervising experience is preferred but not necessary.

Must be able to pass a background check
Ability to follow instructions.
