Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Cardiology Nursing Manager to join our growing Community team Based out of our downtown Fresno campus, you will oversee the cardiology departments (inpatient and outpatient) at Community Regional and Clovis Community, a team of 65+, including RNs, Sonographers, and EKG Techs.

Using your expertise, you will direct, supervise, and evaluate patient care performed by nursing personnel within their assigned service setting in accordance with established goals.

This includes performing unit operations, scheduling, position control, staffing, and coordinating the quality improvement process, all while advancing cardiology care in the ValleyIf you're looking to build strong relationships with patients and staff, work with a nationally recognized health system, and identify and support areas of improvement and services, then this is the job for you

Qualifications:
High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate requiredDemonstrated expertise in the service area and leadership ability required3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting requiredPrevious leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting requiredBLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) requiredRN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
