Your role is key in a streamlined process, ensuring top-quality culinary craftsmanship. Line Worker Responsibilities:

  • Estimate weight of product visually
  • Verify count, inspect and handle product to determine grade
  • Place rejected products and individual grades of products in designated piles, containers, or areas; add supplemental product in order to bring original product into specifications
  • Notify Supervisor of any mechanical or material issues
  • Rotate through various positions on the Appetizer line
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good manufacturing practices

Requirements for Line Worker:

  • Able to walk, stand and reach throughout shift
  • Able to lift up to 35lbs
  • Able to work in multiple areas of the plant and work in a cool environment degrees)
  • Able to identify and distinguish colors, and adjust focus
  • Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Demonstrate reliability and good work ethics, quality work performance, attention to detail, and maintain a good working relationship with all other departments
  • Quality focused with ability to follow all personal and food safety requirements
  • Outstanding attendance record and team focus to meet and exceed customer expectations
