Responsible for custody of guest luggage by properly tagging and presenting claim check to guest.
Transports luggage to Bell Captain via the luggage room.
Directs deliverymen to service entrance and makes every effort to keep undesirable people from entering the hotel by notification of Supervisor and/or Security.
Get wheelchairs for guests.
Load guest cars when leaving.
Always maintains good grooming by being properly uniformed and refraining from personal conversation at front entrance with other employees.
Responsible for accurate and careful loading and unloading of tour and junket luggage ensuring that all baggage is properly tagged.
