Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team. The Front Office Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office department and delivering outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
Train, mentor, and supervise front desk staff to ensure high standards of customer service
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
Monitor and manage room inventory, rates, and reservations to maximize revenue
Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Conduct regular audits of front office procedures and systems to maintain accuracy and compliance
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Prepare and analyze reports on front office performance, occupancy, and revenue metrics
Assist with budget planning and forecasting for the front office department
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve guest service delivery
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
