If you are excited about making a meaningful impact as part of a successful team like we are, we want to hear from you.The Main Points:As the Corporate Accounts Payable Coordinator in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, your main role involves analyzing, auditing, and handling complex tasks related to vendor invoice payments, maintaining vendor records, and overseeing certain tax and governance procedures.This position reports to the Team Lead — Procure to Pay and collaborates closely with the Procure to Pay team, wider Shared Services team, and internal/external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit, analyze, and process timely payments including invoices, check requests, credit memos, and vendor maintenance.
  • Communication with employees and vendors regarding Accounts Payable matters as well as research and resolution of issues.
  • Adhering to company policies and SOX Controls related to Procurement, Payables, and Code of Business Conduct.
  • Performing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and correcting errors in SAP.
  • Managing Accounts Payable queries and issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Completing other assigned duties and special projects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in high volume accounts payable; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills for research, data analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
  • Understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, account analysis, and error detection and correction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and sound decision-making abilities.
  • Organizational skills to manage high work volumes accurately and promptly.
