Job Description

We are seeking a Network Linux Engineer with expertise in network architecture and management. In this role, you will design and implement network architectures, lead OpenVPN configurations, configure Nginx, HAProxy, and K8s, among other responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various network tools and a solid understanding of networking fundamentals.

  • Design and implement network architectures to meet business requirements
  • Lead and maintain OpenVPN configurations for secure remote access
  • Configure Nginx as a reverse proxy and load balancer
  • Implement HAProxy for high availability and scalability
  • Bridge virtual networks for detailed communication
  • Design and deploy Kubernetes (K8s) networking configurations
  • Collaborate with other teams on network-related projects
  • Stay updated with the latest Linux distributions and network technologies

Requirements:

  • 5 years minimum experience with Linux-based systems
  • Strong grasp of networking fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with OpenVPN, Nginx, HAProxy, and K8s
  • Familiarity with bridging and virtual networks
  • Experience with DNS/DHCP Registration services
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash or Python
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with containerization and orchestration
  • Experience with OpenStack
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible or SaltStack
  • Certification in CompTIA Network+ or equivalent
