As a Catering Lead at Panera, you are essential for the success of our catering business. You assist customers in choosing the perfect Panera menu for their events, address their inquiries and requirements, and ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
As a Catering Lead at Panera, your responsibilities include:
- Owning the achievements of our catering operations
- Interacting with and supporting our catering clients
- Supervising the production of catering orders
- Personally delivering orders to customer events
- Ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Contributing to fostering our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust
- Assisting your manager and team as needed
If you:
- Have excellent communication abilities
- Enjoy collaborating with others
- Are a self-motivated individual who can achieve goals with minimal supervision
- Thrive in the dynamic environment of the hospitality industry
- Possess outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Hold a valid driver's license, adequate automobile insurance, and a smartphone
