We are looking for an exceptional Dental Hygienist to join our team in our Hollywood District dental office We need a compassionate and caring Dental Hygienist who has a passion for disease prevention, oral hygiene instruction, and providing quality cleanings.

THE BEST Dental Hygienist would:

• Have 23 years of dental hygiene experience (not a requirement)
• Can multitask
• Is familiar with Open Dental (not a requirement)
• Comfortable with patients
• Has a passion for oral hygiene instruction and helping patients get healthy and stay healthy.
• Enjoys dentistry
• Is a team player and open communicator
• Knows how to talk about treatment to patients prior to the doctor coming in

WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN A NEW HYGIENIST WHO HAS THE RIGHT ATTITUDE, DRIVE, and EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Responsibilities:

• Conduct dental cleanings in 60 to 90 minute increments between 8 am and 5 pm Mon-Thurs, depending on your availability.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
• Schedule follow up visits
• Perform dental charting and medical documentation
• Administer local anesthesia
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment
• Conduct patient assessments and screenings
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care

Pay:
$ $63.00 per hour

Expected hours: 27 – 36 per week. Need Full-time but willing to hire Part-time
