Location: Cincinnati, OH

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days at home weekly

Job Summary
PatientPoint is looking for a Presentation Specialist to join a high-functioning creative marketing team to produce presentation supporting strategic enterprise product innovation and sales initiatives. Do you like translating ideas into compelling visual stories that can invoke emotion or persuade a captive audience? Do you know how to take complicated information and present key points in a resonate, clear way? Then, join our team and become a critical new teammate whose day to day work will be highly visible and appreciated across key stakeholders in the organization. This candidate should possess proven ability create new presentations or work within existing PowerPoint decks—with specialized skills to create visually appealing, persuasive and effective design. They must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Product and Sales team members to understand the objectives of assignments and to create deliverables that meet specified goals.
  • Understand and implement Brand Guidelines and Design System rules as relevant to work assigned so as to keep cohesion across Brand assets
  • Demonstrate high-end design and conceptualization skills while considering how to best design for targeted audiences (online, large conference, internal/external clients, etc.)
  • Master use of Corporate presentation templates to modify effectively for each project and where instructed, stand up or revise/refresh master templates
  • Serve as PowerPoint expert (both Mac and PC) for in-house teammates for ad hoc questions or advice
  • Exhibit a range of presentation skills including:
    • Ability to use photography, graphs, flowcharts and infographics in PowerPoint
    • Understand how to Integrate audio, video and animation (as needed) to strategically add impact and emphasis to the presentation
    • Demonstrate expertise with master pages, embedding fonts, selection pane
    • Understand merging decks and cleaning master pages
  • Keep abreast of trends in presentation design
  • Showcase high attention to detail throughout the concepting, design and graphic production process, with capacity to understand comments/feedback and revise/reroute without too many cycles.­

What We Need

  • 1-3 years work experience where presentation creation was key deliverable of role
  • Associate, BA or greater degree in design-related field (or equivalent)
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
