Job Description:

The Delivery Lead will play an integral role in project deliverables of multiple strategic initiatives and network-driven efforts at one time spread across multiple lines of businesses (LOB s). Specific focus for this position is Application Data Controller (ADC) driving the technology program from start to the finish state in compliance with Enterprise Change Management policies and standards as defined by the Bank. This position will in addition require to create/process Change Records, engage BlackBox/Cisco or other external vendors as required in support of the project deliverables to provide end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables.

This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Responsibilities:

Plans, organizes, monitors, and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completionLeads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)Takes ownership of the successful implementation of project scope as agreed upon with the Line of Business (LOB) partnersPlan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teamsFacilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverablesPromote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timelineGather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and scheduleEnsure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholdersEnsure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standardsSupport resource planning for delivery/executionDocuments the success metrics upon project completionAssist in resource financial forecasting and resource planning for delivery/executionWork independently, possess a strong process expertise, and demonstrate strategic thinking and tactical planning with a proven ability to turn complex ideas into well-structured processesDevelop concise and succinct presentations that will influence dialogue at all levels including the expertise in knowing the fine balance between detailed and high-level messagesAsk the right questions, using tools and visual materials, to uncover root causes to business challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations
