Training Manager

What does a successful Training Manager do at Fiserv?

You will provide insightful and effective learning experiences for key partners. You will manage the components of the learning programs including facilitation, logistics, content, curriculum, and evaluation. You will partner with leaders and various stakeholders to ensure programs you manage are aligned to the firms' key performance indicators and goals.

What you will do:

  • Design, develop and facilitate new hire and continuing education programs for Fiserv partners.
  • Partner with product, process & sales enablement subject matter experts to ensure continuous updates to all content within new hire and continuing education programs.
  • Partner with Instructional Developer to assist in the design and development of digital content, facilitation, and assessments.
  • Evaluate program feedback and align results via performance consulting with Sales/Service Leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Drive strategic outcomes aligned to key segment initiatives for desired competencies and skills.

What you will need to have:

  • 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development or in similar business-function role such as Client Relationship or Account Management
  • 2+ years of experience in learning curriculum design and evaluation skills
  • 2+ years of experience in Financial/Merchant Services or industry
  • Ability to travel to client sites several times a year
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

What would be great to have:

  • Experience as SharePoint administrator
  • Formal facilitation certifications by accredited vendors
  • Software sales and/or product management experience
