Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-savvy BI Analyst to support our Journey Orchestration and Lifecycle Marketing team. If you are passionate about data, customer insights, and driving marketing strategies to new heights, we want to hear from you.
Job Summary:
As a Sr. Data Analyst supporting Lifecycle Marketing and Journey Orchestration, you will play a critical role in leveraging data to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through omni-channel journey orchestration at an Enterprise and Business Unit (BU)/Product level. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making for our marketing campaigns and journeys. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies that create personalized journeys across the customer lifecycle. This role will report up through the BI organization with a dotted-line to VP, Lifecycle Marketing who oversees Journey Orchestration & Marketing Automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:

  • Conduct large scale analyses which include the following stages: understand business goals and strategies, formulate the analytic approach, perform data extraction / exploration / transformation, and translate results into data-driven recommendation for the business team.
  • Leverage hands-on technical skills to produce analyses in various topics including customer segmentation, personalization and campaign performance
  • Driver of and responsible for reporting and insights related to CJO initiatives
  • Develop data visualizations that make complex data accessible to non-technical team members.
  • Own all reporting and analytical processes across MarTech systems (CJO)


Campaign Optimization:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute experimentation.
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to drive testing and optimization efforts including experiment design, reporting requirements, and detailed analysis of results.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of omni-channel journeys and make recommendations for improvements.


Cross-functional Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product and other stakeholders to build scalable, accurate and consistent data models for analytic and reporting purposes
  • Responsible for driving priority, collaborating and coordinating with BU/Product BI / Automation teams to align on data model, reporting requirements and execution.


Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive analysis to inform journey orchestration strategies.
  • Research customer preferences and behavior patterns to refine journey design.


Qualifications
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence, with a focus on journey orchestration through owned and paid marketing channels (specific experience with email, SMS, voice, push and web preferred).
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Acoustic, Iterable) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Salary Range: $120,000 to $140,000 annually + bonus + benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
