AAA PWM Paraplanner

As a paraplanner, you will work closely with our financial advisors to prepare financial plans, develop investment proposals, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and firm policies.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial plans, investment proposals, and asset allocation analyses to support financial advisors.
• Maintain client data and update client files and account paperwork accurately.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, opening new accounts, and managing paperwork efficiently.
• Assist in compiling profiles of prospective clients to facilitate client acquisition efforts.
• Ensure all activities and recommendations comply with industry regulations and firm policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience in financial services or wealth management preferred.
• Proficiency with financial planning and CRM software
• Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Series 7 and 66 licenses are a plus.
