This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and other treatments.
  • Monitor and assess residents' health status and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Document all nursing care provided accurately and promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Support and mentor nursing assistants and other support staff.
  • Participate in shift handovers and ensure continuity of care between shifts.
  • Engage with residents and their families to provide compassionate care and support.

$ $37.44 per hour
