This position will provide analytic insights to Sales managers, peers in Sales Operations and to adjacent teams to help drive improvements in sales performance, productivity, business process and operating standards. You will help define and maintain standardized sales metrics that provide actionable and data-based insight. You will contribute to the creation of regular written updates that help the sales organization understand, interpret, and act on the data and metrics. Success in this role requires the ability to understand, organize, and interpret data to "tell the story" of what has happened and what is likely to happen in the future.

Responsabilidades

• Leading the creation and development for new sales metrics for all sales and service functions worldwide while driving continuous improvement by actionable insight with sales leadership
• Proactively assess the sales organization's productivity around key measures and identify opportunities to drive improvements and accelerate growth
• Help define and drive the disciplined collection of data required for analysis and interpretation of sales performance and productivity measures
• Apply productivity and capacity related measures to departmental metrics, KPIs, scorecards and business analysis.
• Partner with Sales Operations, Sales, Finance and other groups to as needed to integrate measures into the planning cycle and during key business reviews

Cualificaciones

• A bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.
• Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
• Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.

Cualificaciones adicionales

• Familiarity with PowerBI or similar SQL based query tools
• Expert level understanding of Excel and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Experience translating data into insightful commentary that enables others to understand and act.
• Ability to tailor sales metrics to our selling model
• Proven ability to document, explain, and communicate complicated business concepts to all levels of the organization.
• Strong model building and analytic abilities
• Strong critical thinking
• Experience using MATLAB for business analysis a plus
• Experience using Anaplan a plus
