Offshore Wind NEPA Specialist/Project Manager Location: Nationwide Remote Ready to make a difference?ICF is seeking a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Specialist/Project Manager to support our growing offshore wind portfolio.The NEPA Specialist will have the opportunity to provide direct support as a liaison to the lead Federal agency, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM), as well as opportunities to work across ICF's renewable energy portfolio.ICF has supported the offshore wind industry for over a decade and continues to serve a vital role supporting BOEM to complete environmental reviews.The NEPA Specialist will work side by side with BOEM to complete the NEPA EIS and associated consultations for offshore wind projects.Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, urban planning, cultural resources or related disciplineMaster's degree or higher in environmental studies, urban planning, cultural resources or related fieldAdvanced knowledge and understanding of NEPA and related special purpose laws such as the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and Endangered Species Act (ESA).
