H, S, & E Associate attends to various duties to support the company recycling initiatives and assists in the daily cleaning of the manufacturing plant and office spaces to ensure they are kept clean and sanitary for workers and visitors.

  1. Supports the company and departmental safety policies and practices.
    1. Attends Tier meetings and safety training sessions as required.
  2. Processes the company waste streams in accordance with the recycling policy.
    1. Operates hydraulic balers and compactors.
    2. Separates cardboard, recyclable plastics, and various grades of waste fiber.
    3. Makes regular rounds throughout the warehouse and transports recyclables to the baler and compacting area for processing.
  3. Performs a wide range of cleaning tasks like mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing of the warehouse and office spaces.
    1. Operates various cleaning machines such as vacuum, floor sweeper, and floor waxer.
    2. Cleans and sanitizes critical areas such as the lunchroom, employee and office bathrooms, employee offices, and office kitchen.
  4. Performs other maintenance tasks inside and outside the buildings as required:
    1. Periodic cleaning of showroom.
    2. Seasonal cleaning of fans, heaters, vents.
    3. Assist in ground maintenance:
      1. Lawn mowing and landscaping.
      2. Outside trash pickup.
      3. Parking lot line painting.
      4. Performs other maintenance duties as required.
