Business Network Specialist

The Business Network Specialist will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality IT services and support to CTC business members. The main responsibilities of this role will be the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CTC business members' premise network equipment and services. The Business Network Specialist will work closely with CTC business members and CTC Teams to understand their CTC managed network needs, proactively identify potential issues, and deliver solutions that align with their business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CTC Sales, Implementation, and Sales Engineers to assess and meet business members' needs, ensuring successful network equipment implementations.
  
• Provide comprehensive technical support to business members, addressing IT issues remotely and on-site, ensuring operational technology systems.
  
• Manage and monitor business members' CTC managed network equipment for optimal performance, security, and compliance, while proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
  
  Education and Experience
  • A.A or technical certificate in computer network administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
    
  • Three or more years of experience.
    
  • CCNA or CCNP certification is strongly desired but not required for this position.
