Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced BCBA to join our healthcare facility.

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing professional mental health services to our patients with mental, emotional, and behavioural disorders.

Job Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Prior experience working in a healthcare facility is preferred.
Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide counseling and therapy for people with autism.
Conduct assessments to diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient's needs and goals
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients.
Provide crisis intervention services.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records for all patients.
Participate in case management and discharge planning for patients.
Provide education to patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources.
Attend regular supervision meetings and continuing education courses to maintain licensure and improve clinical skills.
