They offer program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate provides planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services to the US Department of Defense and other US federal agencies globally.

The Scheduler role involves developing construction schedules and tracking project progress at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.

Key responsibilities:

  • Expertise in project controls, scheduling, earned value management
  • Support during strategic planning, mission analysis, project development phases
  • Review and recommend schedule corrections
  • Coordinate contractor schedule with team and stakeholders
  • Update monthly construction schedule with progress analysis
  • Merge subprojects into a master schedule
  • Maintain program and project level CPM
  • Monitor program milestones and interdependencies
  • Identify critical path and suggest alternatives
  • Analyze contractor schedules, report on revisions
  • Perform other associated responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Preference for licensed Engineer
  • Advanced Primavera P6 skills
  • Minimum five years of experience in engineering and construction schedules
  • Security clearance highly desirable
  • Experience in Government building construction
  • Ability to analyze and identify potential conflicts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must lawfully reside in the United States
