About the Role
As the Director, you will develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
You will collaborate to execute programs that drive business growth and customer advocacy. You will help others to develop and hone their skills to achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Leading client teams to deliver large, complex communication projects
- Planning the development of effective multi-media communication and change management campaigns that inspire action
- Staying current with communication trends and demonstrating fluency with delivery channels
- Consulting with select clients at the senior HR level
- Creating and nurturing client relationships and becoming a trusted partner. Influential advisor on communication and employee experience issues
- Anticipating client needs through the study of industry trends and the business environment. Addressing them with the savvy application of human insight, creative strategy and friendly technology
- Helping to build cohesive, high-impact teams, leveraging colleague skills and talents
- Extending and expanding work with existing or new clients
- Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities. Creating proposals and advancing sales initiatives
Requirements
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating creativity as well as HR/benefits expertise
- 10+ years of relevant work experience. Possess a higher level of education in a related discipline
- Ability to write compelling communication material for a variety of audiences. Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Have impressive internal and external communication skills, with the ability to listen comprehensively and deliver clear instructions
- Able to assimilate source materials and input from subject matter experts
- Possess software fluency, including the Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat. Demonstrated presentation, business development, and selling skills
- Be able to travel (up to 15%)

Salary Pay Range
Minimum :
128,100 USDMaximum :
