Position Summary:

The Department of Physics and Astronomy/SAS at Rutgers University plans to hire a Postdoctoral Associate in the field of experimental condensed matter physics. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in condensed matter physics and demonstrate excellence in research and strong communication skills. Experience with x-ray or neutron scattering is strongly preferred. Successful candidate will engage in x-ray scattering studies of quantum magnetism. Significant component of these studies will be performed at various synchrotron facilities, especially at the NSLS-II at Brookhaven National Laboratory.

Minimum Education and Experience:

Candidates should have a Ph.D. in condensed matter physics or materials science and demonstrate excellence in research and strong communication skills.
