Our client is a global food manufacturing company with multiple plants in New York and New Jersey. They're in a very exciting growth period and are expanding tremendously. They sell their products in supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, airlines, caterers, and more. The HRBP will report into their Long Island plants in Nassau County. This role will report to the VP of HR and spearhead employee relations, performance management, and other HR functions.

Job Description

Performance Management and Workforce Planning: This person will assist in setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and implementing performance improvement plans.Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: This person will be responsible for managing employee relations by addressing conflicts, facilitating communication between employees and management, and ensuring a positive work environment. Compliance and Safety: This person will ensure the plants comply with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. They will work closely with senior leaders at the plant to promote a culture of safety and conduct regular audits and inspections.Other areas of focus include benefits, answering day-to-day employee questions, and improving policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of HR experience in manufacturing.Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.Must be able to be on-site in Nassau County five days a week. What's on Offer Base salary of $120K - $130K depending on candidate's experience.Bonus.Competitive benefits.
