Global BI Business Analyst

Job Characteristics:
Position will assist with various reporting projects while working closely with key business stakeholders to identify data and reporting needs, capture, and document requirements and then ensure those requirements are delivered. The Business Analyst will conduct and in-depth investigation of the reporting project by gathering and analyzing technical and non-technical specs. The role will work cross with various cross functional IT and Business leads.
This position can be based either in Naperville, ILor Saint Paul, MN.

What You Will Do:
- Work directly with the Product Owner and COE stakeholders to support various reporting projects
- Assist in development of best in practice tools and consistent standardized reporting dashboards for COE
- Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents from stakeholders
- Experience in using business tools such as Dev Ops for user story planning, tracking and documentation needs
- Communicate and validate requirements with Product Owners
- Perform User Acceptance Testing and data checkouts
- Collaborate with Product Owner on roadmap planning and prioritization
- Continually identify and execute process improvements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3 years of Business Analyst experience
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Power BI or Tableau experience
- ERP experience
- No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coding experience with DAX, M, or SQL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Business and Finance Acumen
- Prior experience working with large data sets, data analytics, coding, connecting data sets
- SAP and BI (BEx) / Power BI experience
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity; able to self-manage well; highly accountable
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Result oriented; proactive; and possesses a high level of integrity
